- Prepare and send accurate and timely service quotations to customers.
- Review and analyze customer requests and specifications to determine quotation requirements.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to gather necessary information for quotations.
- Maintain and update quotation templates and pricing databases.
- Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding quotations.
- Track and manage the status of quotations and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve quotation efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the quotation process.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC/R or Plumbing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the HVAC/R or Plumbing industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations.
