We're looking for a results driven Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and client service. In this role, you'll be more than a salesperson—you'll be a trusted advisor helping companies solve real-world process challenges through engineered separation solutions. What You'll Do:Manage technical sales opportunities from prospecting to proposal to delivery
Partner with engineers and operations to develop winning solutions
Travel to client sites across Ontario to consult, present, and support
Build long-term relationships in industries that value expertise and trust
Degree in engineering or technical sciences, however we will consider equivalent experience.
3–7 years of sales experience (technical capital equipment preferred)
Technical industry knowledge in dairy, brewery, O&G, wastewater, or other liquids process environment is a plus
A knack for simplifying complex technical concepts and able to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A results-oriented mindset and the drive to work independently
Ability to present information in a compelling way to small and large groups of people.
Ability to work with a number of software platforms for business (CRM, pricing, communication, etc.)
Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Ontario with some overnight stays
Competitive base salary (80-90K) and uncapped variable pay structure
