  • Hit the sales floor to connect with customers, building relationships and closing deals with your expert touch.

  • Analyze real-time sales data, adjusting strategies to stay ahead of targets.
  • Oversee inventory flow, ensuring top products are always available while managing stock levels effectively.

  • Close the store, ensuring all transactions are reconciled, cash is secured, and the team follows safety protocols.
  • Reflect on the day's wins and opportunities, documenting key metrics and insights for the District Manager.
