PowerON Energy Solutions is looking for a highly skilled, and outgoing Technical Sales Consultant to join PowerON. PowerON offers a diverse set of offerings from electric vehicle planning and road mapping, to full scale deployment, installation, and maintenance of electric vehicle infrastructure. PowerON's goal is to electrify in one generation, and our particular team is focused on the electrification of the transit, and commercial sectors in North America.
This person is responsible for leading our roadmapping product offering in the commercial electrification space. They will support proposal development, coordinate project implementation, develop schedules, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of electrification projects utilizing PowerON software and tools. This person represents our electrification expertise, collaborating with clients from initial consultation through implementation and providing ongoing support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrification work:
Software manipulation and data management.
Site visits to validate available power at a facility.
Engage with clients to add context to data and valuable insights into operations.
Developing detailed roadmap and summary reports of analysis performed.
Engaging in process optimization and improvement to make our offering better.
Proposal Development and Client Support:
Creating comprehensive proposals for new clients.
Developing detailed cost estimates and timelines.
Attend client meetings to discuss capabilities and solutions.
Develop data request documentation.
Project Coordination and Implementation:
Developing project schedules and implementation plans.
Coordinating with engineering and installation teams.
Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.Sc. or B.Eng - Equivalent degrees or experience will be considered
4+ years of experience in a consulting role.
EV knowledge and industry experience is a strong asset.
Excellent modelling and/or excel experience, able to demonstrate past projects with high degrees of complexity.
Previous experience writing client facing reports or similar client facing deliverables.
Demonstrable experience in the electrical industry, with a clear understanding of energy, and power.
