Trans Tank Systems is an assembly and service facility specializing in tanker trucks for the petroleum, water and aviation markets. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable & Payable entry clerk.

Job Details:

• Trans Tank offers competitive wages and a benefits package after a 3-month probation period.
• Regular weekday hours are 9:00-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 9:00-4:00 on Fridays.
• Salary is from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Enter hand written work orders into Quickbooks software as invoices.
• Enter payables into Quickbooks software to inventory and expense/asset accounts.
• Send completed invoices & statements to customers.
• Filing of Receivables and Payables.
• Other duties as required.
