Job Description: As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and renderings. You will collaborate with team members to articulate creative and aesthetic choices, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and connection to the realities of custom home construction. ArchiCAD experience would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed CAD drawings and 3D modelling

• Collaborate with team members to communicate design ideas and aesthetic choices

• Adapt to changing requirements, client requests, and tight deadlines

• Maintain a prominent level of proficiency, quality, and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Canadian work experience

• Strong portfolio highlighting CAD drawings and 3D modelling

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and tight deadlines

• High level of organization and timeline management.
