You will
- Be responsible for all Contract management
- Manage all lot sales deposits and payouts
- Lot Works Management
- Liaise with Builder Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers
- Be in tune with the market and all competitors offerings, promotions and price all new lots
- Manage and update the administration of standing inventory for all communities monthly
- Proactive follow-up on deposits including when deposits are owing on plan registration or roads
- Provide support for customer service, general public and homeowner inquires
- Create lot assignments, amending agreements and quit claims as they arise
- Collaborate with Marketing team on community events, collateral and strategy
- Do weekly site visits to support Area Sales Managers and complete community/showhome audits
- Schedule and facilitate builder meetings and lot draws
- Order preliminary building pockets and shapefiles prior to a new stage being released
- Assist with couriers and reception duties when receptionist is away
- Assist with the creation of Business Plan
- Communicate regular construction updates to builder group
- Provide recommendations on product type and size supported by market research
- Collaborate with Accounting on expected life of sales and revenue projections
