Job Summary:
The job responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Intern include creating and maintaining job posting, performing candidate testing, creating and maintaining employee files, reaching out new potential candidates who have submitted their resumes, posting and maintaining job ads on multiple platforms, creating and maintaining social media marketing campaigns, and conducting clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards and social media (Facebook, Twitter etc)
- conducts phone screens to determine qualifications
- Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide admin support to Talent Acquisition team
- Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource or related field
- Able to use various computer software
- Knowledge of HR software and familiar with labor laws
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
- Maintain a strong relationship with key groups
- Act as reliable and supportive team members
- Familiar handling online job-hunting websites
- Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervision
