Position Overview:
ADR Chambers is looking to hire a smart, detailed oriented, and dedicated skilled bilingual Project Coordinator to provide administrative support for our construction portfolios and ADR Professionals.
Location:
The candidate can work exclusively remotley.
Salary: $60,000 plus benefits
Job Type: Full Time
Working hours: 8:30am -5:00 pm
Start date: As soon as possible
Qualifications
Must be fully bilingual in English and French as role involves oral and written communication with parties across Canada
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Google docs, sheets, slides, and Adobe;
Good technical knowledge of project management tasks
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Proven passion for relationship building, with a high level of skilled judgment, tact and diplomacy in interacting with a wide variety of internal and external clients
While prior administrative experience is an asset, recent graduates with internship or part-time support roles—especially in law firms or ADR services—are encouraged to apply.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and organizational skills

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
High performer who can maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum with a can-do attitude
Superior customer service skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with difficult situations
