As an Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk, you'll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations smooth and efficient. From ensuring accurate payments to collaborating with vendors, you'll be a key player in supporting our team's mission to maintain financial well-being.

• Process & reconcile invoices and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in audits as requested
• Ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements and assisting with
• audits when necessary.
• Maintain well-organized, up-to-date transactional records.
• Communicating with vendors and customers to resolve any billing or payment issues promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting policies and compliance standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with thorough preparation and coordination with adherence to timeline

• Accounting education or experience is required
• At least 2 years of experience in AP and AR roles
• Must be proficient and highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient spoken and written English
• The ability to be punctual, reliable and meticulous
• The ability to be courteous and friendly with co-workers
• The ability to meet frequent deadlines
• Accounting experience in an automotive dealership is highly desired

The total compensation range for this position at the Applewood Auto Group is $40,000 to $55,000 annually . Please note that this range is provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on the qualifications and expertise of the selected candidate.
