You will
- Manage all warranty appointments, both scheduled and unscheduled.
- Resolve escalations and oversee complex issues with the coordinator, trades, and construction team.
- Inspect completed work and provide technical support and advice.
- Schedule and follow up on warranty appointments in collaboration with coordinators and the construction team.
- Conduct pre-possession inspections and address all noted items.
- Participate in recruiting and training new Home Technicians and Community Coordinators.
- Approve POs and manage warranty costs.
- Facilitate trade repairs for deficiencies and handle emergency calls.
- Review and explain warranty coverage and repair timelines to homeowners.
- Guide the assignment of work to trades and ensure homeowner signatures on completed items.
- Prepare materials for service work and follow up on emergency calls during business hours.
- Meet with the construction team to address recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Review work orders daily and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
- Provide feedback to trades and the construction team to ensure excellent customer service.
You have
- Valid drivers license
- Access to your own tools (required)
- Physically able to kneel crouch as well as lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Previous experience in a Construction environment
- Warranty experience (asset)
