We're hiring a General Manager!
Location: Toronto, ON
Start Date: June 2025
Salary: $90,000/year + benefits & performance bonus

Adventure Alley is a vibrant, nature-inspired 6,700 sq. ft. indoor playscape designed for kids aged 1–12. We're not just opening a business—we're creating a joyful, community-first space for families to connect, explore, and play. From immersive programming to giving back through our Charity of the Month, we're here to build something meaningful.

We're looking for a General Manager to help bring it all to life. This is a high-impact role for someone who can lead with confidence, stay calm in the chaos, and support both big-picture planning and day-to-day operations. You'll manage staff, guest experience, health & safety, and help shape our growing community presence.

✨ You'll lead:
✔️ Daily operations, scheduling, and team performance
✔️ Health & safety compliance (including abuse prevention, RFID systems & waivers)
✔️ Hiring, onboarding, and staff development
✔️ Guest relations, vendor coordination & payment systems
✔️ Community partnerships, marketing, and brand representation (on-site & online)

✨ Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years in a senior management or HR leadership role
✅ Experience in a child- or family-focused environment (hospitality, recreation, retail, childcare, etc.)
✅ Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
✅ CPR/First Aid & Vulnerable Sector Check (can be completed before start date)
✅ Understanding of ESA & Health & Safety regulations (Ontario)
✅ Digital savvy (Stripe, Microsoft 365, HR tools like Citation Canada)
✅ Confident in public-facing roles (media, community events, etc.)
✅ Available for evenings, weekends & holidays
✅ Located within commutable distance to Toronto, Ontario
