About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for project management.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing processes as needed.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and office organization.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
