Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for project management.
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes as needed.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and office organization.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
