Job Description

Temporary full time (40 hours/week) Co-op/Intern position for 17 weeks from May 5 to August 29, 2025.

To be eligible for an internship at Renesas, students must be enrolled at a college/university.

What You'll Learn

  • A comprehensive overview of hardware industry development, from initial concept to end-of-life stages.
  • Insights into semiconductor product development and real-world analog design trade-offs.
  • A deep understanding of timing products and next-generation Phase Lock Loop (PLL) products.
  • Market intelligence on trends in semiconductor electronics industrial.
  • How to collaborate with engineering teams to balance trade-offs and achieve technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Day-to-day business operations within the semiconductor industrial at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to research system architectures in data center applications, identifying potential gaps in the marketplace and developing product roadmaps to address these gaps.
  • Assist in creating sales enablement materials, including promotional slide decks, product landing pages, blogs, and other marketing content.
  • Lead data cleaning, transformation, and integration efforts to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Help with daily operations, including tracking sample requests, monitoring market opportunities, and updating revenue reports.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred) or a related engineering field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable about basic components and analog circuitry, with a solid understanding of circuit operating principles.
  • Curious and eager to learn about how technical specifications translate into business value.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
  • An effective communicator with strong teamwork and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
