Acara Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager to lead and manage projects from design through implementation in Orangeville, ON.

The role requires a technically skilled, team-oriented individual with experience in project management, design, and mechanical systems.

Salary: 80,000K-90,000K, on experience

Hours: 40 hours/week with 25% travel

Length: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and schedules are met.
• Design mechanical systems, create manufacturing drawings, and develop prototypes.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.
• Conduct site surveys, define project requirements, and prepare client quotations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the project team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to ALT's standards.
• Troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical systems as needed.
• Travel across North America for installations and service.

• 3-5 years of product design experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
