Operations Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Operational Leadership

• Ensure accurate inventory control and warehouse organization

• Manage incoming and outgoing product flow including shipping, receiving, and stock replenishment

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics

Customer Service Excellence

• Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain regular contact with key clients

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inventory or service-related issues

Team Management

• Set clear expectations and performance goals

• Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional growth

• Distribute workloads effectively to balance productivity with development

Health & Safety

• Champion a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and legislation

• Address and resolve any potential workplace hazards

What You Bring:

• 3–6 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting

• 3–5 years of people management experience

• Post-secondary education; customer service education is a plus

• Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse systems

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A valid driver's license
