- Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira.
- Create, manage, release (production & ITE) and discontinue corporate forms.
- Evaluate/develop business requirements.
- Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
- Provide user story and solution support to team members.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
- 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role.
- Team lead experience.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or commerce.
- 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance.
- Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders.
