We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to start immediately and lead a busy dental clinic in York - Toronto, ON. This full-time position offers a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus. The office operates approximately five operatories daily and is supported by a team of about 10 professionals, including doctors, hygienists, assistants, and receptionists.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental office management experience, strong leadership and scheduling skills, and the ability to work closely with the senior dentist in a treatment coordinator role. The schedule runs Monday to Friday with flexible hours and includes free underground parking, a uniform allowance, and other benefits open for discussion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff, doctors, and the regional manager
    Create and manage patient and staff schedules
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Approve payroll hours
    Approve and submit accounts payable for payment
  • Assist in hiring, training, and leading staff
    Manage the clinic budget and control expenses
  • Oversee inventory management with the team
    Optimize the schedule in collaboration with doctors and staff
  • Resolve day-to-day issues involving equipment, marketing, patients, and staff
Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
    Note: Flexibility is available if adjustments to start or end times are needed.
Compensation:
  • $70,000$80,000 per year, based on experience, skill set, and software knowledge
    Bonus structure, free parking, and uniform allowance included
  • Additional benefits can be discussed with the right candidate
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager
  • Experience with Tracker software is a strong asset
