Were looking for a sharp, organized, and ambitious Executive & Marketing Assistant to support a CEO, entrepreneur, and founder of a publicly traded company based in North Vancouver.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work directly with a business leader, helping manage executive responsibilities while also building a growing personal brand focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, and business growth.

Youll split your time between supporting the CEOs company work and helping create and manage personal brand content online.

This is an ideal role for a business, marketing, or communications student or recent grad who is eager to learn, grow, and build real-world experience across executive support, marketing, operations, and content creation.

What Youll Do:

  • Help create and post 23 pieces of content per day across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Research content trends, entrepreneurship topics, and content ideas
  • Capture short-form video clips (Stories, Reels, LinkedIn videos)
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
  • Write captions, posts, and basic social media replies
  • Track content performance (views, engagement, growth)
  • Manage the executives calendar, meetings, and inbox (Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Assist with travel bookings and itinerary coordination
  • Handle light administrative support (expenses, filing, scheduling)
  • Help ensure the office is organized and running smoothly

Focus Areas:

  • 50%: Support the CEOs public company responsibilities (managing calendar and inbox, corporate communications and content)
  • 50%: Support the CEOs personal brand development (entrepreneurship and leadership content)

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative, marketing, or social media experience (work, co-op, or internships welcome)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Later, Buffer, or similar tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and growing businesses
  • Ability to work in-office at the North Vancouver location (not remote)
