We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our night shift team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work. Location: Concord, ON (Langstaff Jane) Shift: Night Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $19.75/hour Key Responsibilities: Set up and calibrate equipment and accessories as required Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions Operate machines efficiently and maintain product quality Perform first-off part inspections and adjust machine settings if needed Identify and report non-conforming materials or parts Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Communicate machine performance or quality concerns to the supervisor Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications: Experience with CNC and/or manual machining preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Capable of working independently on the night shift Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures Interested in this opportunity?
