About the Role:
We're looking for driven, coachable, and motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role where you'll be meeting with qualified leads—homeowners who have already requested HVAC services. No cold calling, no door knocking.

You'll visit 3–4 appointments per day, explain our HVAC solutions, and guide the customer through the sale. With full training provided in your first week, all you need to bring is the hunger to succeed, a willingness to learn, and the ability to close.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to pre-booked, qualified leads (3–4 daily)

• Educate homeowners on HVAC products and services

• Build rapport, assess customer needs, and close the sale

• Follow up as needed to ensure smooth installation process

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Coachable and eager to learn – training is provided

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfort working in a commission-only environment

• Sales experience is a bonus but not required
