Job Responsibilities:
- Planning , working with SME , engaging external stakeholders , managing a Raid , reporting
- Manages mid-size projects or significant segments of very large projects with limited supervision.
- Acts as a consultant to the business lines.
- Communicates regularly with the project team on challenges and impediments
- Prepares management reports to summarize the status of projects and work activities.
- Influences the project team to ensure tasks are undertaken and completed
- Provides leadership and guidance to project related staff and/or business lines in support of a project portfolio.
- Creates and manages the project timeline, risks, and issues throughout the lifecycle.
- Holds regular project update meetings with the team.
- Adheres to the governance process and procedures outline by the PMO.

Description:
- Manage day to day project activities of medium complexity or units/phases of a larger complex project
- Plan, execute, control and close out project against defined scope and budget.
- Utilize accepted standards and procedures.
- Maintain team relationships and team coaching and development.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of several medium complexity projects.
Key Accountabilities are:
- Works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.
- Manages activities of medium complexity projects. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.
- Perform a governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure to meet schedules.
- Strong involvement in business IMO.
- Management of small to large projects (ranging in size from ***K to ***M), including multiple internal applications and external vendors.
- Estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking and management of progress, issues, budget, risk and resources.
- Accountability for project budget and timelines.
SKILLS:
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT projects.
- Full life cycle development experience.
- Experience with proven project methodology tools. PMI or ITIL certification.
- Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Background :
- Ideally, from the FI working on similar currency projects , with confirmed technical project management experience .
- Agile-focused PM are not aligned to the project management required Waterfall is ideal .
