What You'll be Doing

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch mobile technicians to maximise productivity.
• Match service jobs with the appropriate skill-level technician.
• Communicate clearly with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Ensure warranty procedures and unit inspections are properly completed.
• Coordinate closely with the Parts Department to prevent delays.
• Monitor work progress, perform spot checks, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain daily dispatch logs and completed work orders.
• Support a smooth workflow in the Mobile Service Department - and keep everything moving!
