As a Field Coordinator, you are expected to:
- Conduct on-site walkthrough to inspect, validate and test field-installed devices and systems to verify functionality and compliance with project specifications
- Document findings, including noting any deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions
- Mark up construction drawings based on actual site conditions and support updates to construction documentation
- Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment used on-site, tracking outstanding items, ang report any shortages
- Collaborating with project managers to address issues, manage expectations and ensure smooth project transitions
- Support project managers and field staff in preparing the final commissioning submission package
- Assist in completing detailed reports and other documentation required for the project
- Adhere to and carry out all safety requirement by client, as well as follow all of Plan Groups safety guidelines
Our ideal candidate has:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering or related field experience in electrical /IT/operational technology/construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel, Bluebeam
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative team environment
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills, time management skills
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
