As ourService Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties supporting technical service delivery to our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate field service technicians
  • Communicate with clients to ensure timely service delivery
  • Prepare quotes, work orders, and invoices
  • Support technicians with documentation and logistics
  • Generate inspection reports and certificates
  • Maintain accurate records in our ERP system
  • Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Promote and follow safe work practices

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination or administration, ideally in industrial or construction settings
  • Scheduling experience is a strong asset
