Summary
We're looking for 2 (two) BDRs to join our team! As ourBusiness Development Representative (BDR), reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, youll be the first contact from our sales team to new potential clients. Your role is all about starting conversationsreaching out to potential clients, uncovering their needs, and sparking interest in how we can support them. Youll play a key role in filling the sales pipeline, booking discovery calls, and setting our Account Executives up for success. If youre someone whos motivated by goals, thrives on building relationships, and is excited to enter and grow in the tech sales space, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Reach out to potential clients through lead lists, cold calls and personalized emails, making that first connection count.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into real sales opportunities.
- Understand the unique challenges of each prospect and show them exactly how we can help.
- Your outreach will fuel the sales pipeline and directly contribute to our companys growth.
- Book meetings and calls between prospective clients and Account Executives to move deals forward.
- Keep up with our latest offerings, industry trends, and competitive insights so you can always bring your A-game.
- Work closely with the Sales Leaders, providing updates on progress and results weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Be a good listener and respond to inquiries with empathy and knowledge.
- Comfortable helping build SOPs and establishing sales best practices.
Who You Are
- 1+ year of working experience in sales as a Business Development Representative or similar roles with experience in client facing positions.
- A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and making connections.
- Resilient and goal-driven you love a challenge and dont let a no slow you down.
- Someone whos hungry to learn and grow in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Competitive, ambitious, and ready to take your career to the next level.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in SaaS and the world of MSPs. Experience in the MSP space would be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or experience working with similar CRMs would be a plus.
- Eager to work hard, work smart, and grow.
