We are looking for aSenior Dental Technician Removablesto play a key role in crafting high-quality dental prosthetics, including dentures, bridges, and crowns. This role involves enhancing patients' dental aesthetics and function by working closely with dentists to create custom restorations tailored to their prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and fabricatepartial and full dentures(both metal and non-metal) to restore missing teeth.
  • Constructprostheses for implant cases, ensuring a precise fit for implants placed by dentists.
  • Performall aspects of denture fabrication, including setting teeth, waxing, wire bending, finishing, and processing.
  • Conductrelines, repairs, and adjustmentssuch as occlusal rims and custom trays.
  • Accurately document work completed through reports, logs, and case records.
  • Collaborate with dentists to providecase consultationsand recommendations.
  • Assist team members bysharing techniques, training, and skill development.
  • Support theorganization and managementof the removables department.
  • Assist in thefabrication of complex casesand ensure high standards of quality.
  • Verifyaccuracy and compliance with laboratory standardsthrough thorough quality control checks.
  • Be open tocross-trainingin various areas of the laboratory to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Aminimum of 10 years of experiencein dental technology with a focus on removable prosthetics.
  • Experience withCAD designis a plus.
  • StrongEnglish communication skills(both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate professionally across different levels.
  • In-depth knowledge ofcrown morphology, case design, and pressing technologyfor dental restorations.
  • Ability to workefficiently in a team-oriented environmentto ensure timely case completion.
  • Experience withsame-day denturesis a bonus but not required.
