- Process / Activity Sequencing:
- Identifying and mapping of functions within each required department to evaluate the validity and effectiveness of the function.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Streamline tasks within department and overall workflow to improve customer experience while reducing process waste.
- Provide support towards financial implications with right sizing teams and activity sequencing.
- Change Management:
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems.
- Establishing a clear and well-articulated implementation plan
- Establishing criteria for the project's success and preparing a sound statement of constraints/limiting factors
- Implementing lean principles to streamline work and increase efficiency.
- Securing employee commitment for proactive change management.
- Data analysis:
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Accurately analyzing options including impact and feasibility.
- Monitoring progress:
- Regularly monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objectives and expected benefits.

- Training employees:
- Educating employees about new strategies and providing support to help them transition to new processes developed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field within the corrugated industry.
- 1 to 3 + years proven experience in continual improvement, lean management, six sigma.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work with people at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to facilitate team meetings, communicate issues, and follow up on actions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.
- Proficiency in workflow and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio
- Ability to learn to navigate other software systems that may be necessary to facilitate work required.
