Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate leads (buyers, sellers, investors)

• Qualify leads and book appointments for our buyer and listing agents

• Respond quickly to inbound calls and online inquiries

• Nurture leads in our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth handoff to agents

• Track conversations, appointment results, and outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Must be a licensed Realtor® in Ontario

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills

• Organized, coachable, and motivated by performance

• Comfortable using CRM systems and call tools (training provided)

• Able to work from home with a quiet and reliable setup

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
