Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

What you'll be working on:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes using an ATS system, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage new employee onboarding and orientation process.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining an inclusive and engaging company culture.
  • Assist in coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Assist sending out company mail and packages.
  • Responsible for benefit administration, ensuring team members are enrolled and benefits changed in a timely manner.
  • Supports the Human Resources Manager on programs and initiatives that aim to inspire a positive team member experience.
  • Maintaining HR reports & data.
  • Support with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience working in a Human Resources role.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS and Dayforce systems is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and third-party software).
  • Exceptionally organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask with changing priorities.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and confidentiality are a must.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners.
