Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support project management activities, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and completion of steel deck, siding, and insulated metal panel projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Facilitate communication between team members to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and track project changes.
- Support project managers in resource allocation and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or metal products industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
