Job Description- Curriculum and course development - designs and develops structured learning programs aligned with business, academic, and training goals
- Develops learning objectives, course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials for a variety of audiences
- Responsible for content creation including interactive e-learning modules, digital learning assets, assessments and multimedia content.
- Manages and administers Spectrum's learning management system including user enrollment, tracking and reporting and analyzes learning data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Stays up to date with emerging trends in instructional design, learning technologies and adult education.
- Responsible for Collaborates and engages with key stakeholders including SMEs, trainers,
- Works with internal and external stakeholders including health care providers, patients and regulatory agencies to promote quality safety and risk management initiatives.
- 3+ years' experience in the field of Learning/Instructional Design (Virtual Education) in the health care sector
- Post-secondary degree in Health Care, Business, HR, Education or a related field.
- Certificate in Instructional/Learning Design Education Program/Course work
- Strong skills with e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline), creation of SCORM packages and ease with manipulation of Learning Management Systems
- Strong understanding of instructional design models, learning theories, and adult learning principles
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with gamification, microlearning, mobile learning, or virtual learning technologies is an asset
