We are seeking an experienced General Contractor and Estimator to lead cost planning and bid preparation for commercial construction projects. You'll collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and the internal team to develop accurate project estimates from concept to hand-off.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates

• Lead bid preparation and submission

• Review drawings, specs, and proposals for cost analysis

• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns

• Review and compare subcontractor/supplier bids

• Support preconstruction planning with PM team

• Present budgets to clients and internal teams

• Attend site walkthroughs and manage estimate documentation

• Assist in project turnover to operations team

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating

• Experience managing multiple bids and timelines

• Familiarity with bid packaging and tender documentation

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
