Job Description:
As a CSR with recruiting and dispatching responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, filling clients' requests, providing top-notch service and support. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting new team members and ensuring efficient dispatch of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both job applicants and customers, providing outstanding service and support throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify individuals who possess the skills and qualities needed to excel within our organization.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency, striving to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and provide information about our products and services
  • Assist in recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Dispatch service requests to appropriate team members and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service, recruiting, or dispatching roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
