About the Role:
We're urgently hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations for our Security Division across Ontario. This individual will be responsible for coordinating a workforce of 30+ security guards, managing both field and administrative duties.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and understands the importance of structure, scheduling, and team readiness in a frontline industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day guard scheduling and attendance reporting
Address field-level issues and ensure operational coverage across sites
Maintain inventory of uniforms, equipment, and training supplies
Keep accurate records and documentation in compliance with internal protocols
Support recruitment for security guard positions and ad hoc client requests
Coordinate with guards and clients for smooth shift transitions
Collaborate on sourcing candidates for security licensing or CPR training when needed
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in operations, security coordination, or workforce management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in scheduling, inventory management, or field operations is a plus
Flexibility to support occasional recruitment or sales-related activities
