We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a cherry picker forklift to retrieve and place inventory in high storage racks, as well as assist with general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker (order picker forklift) to pick, move, and store inventory at varying heights.
• Accurately fulfill picking and packing orders based on order sheets or handheld scanner data.
• Conduct pre-operational safety inspections of the equipment and report any issues immediately.
• Load and unload goods from trucks or staging areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to safety and housekeeping protocols.
• Ensure inventory is correctly labeled and properly placed in designated areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory counts and stock replenishment, as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift certification (cherry picker/order picker experience required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
