We have immediate opening at our Mount Pearl operation for HR/ HSEQ Intern, 10 weeks internship.

As our HR/HSEQ Intern, you are responsible to support the following cross-departmental activities:

  • Updating the Company safety portal.
  • Addressing corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits.
  • Developing and standardizing various HR and HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Conducting statistical analysis and developing reports to support HSEQ and Training and Development.
  • Creating and standardizing job descriptions and job advertisements.
  • Assigning training and various record keeping in the HRIS.
  • Assist with additional duties as requested by the team.

  • Ability to use/learn technology solutions in the execution of their work is a must
  • Ability to safely execute high quality work

Candidate must also possess the following credentials:

  • Current or upcoming enrollment (Fall 2025) in a post-secondary Business Administration or Management program .
  • Previous experience in an office and/or HR/HSEQ Department would be considered an asset.
  • Eligibility to be employed in Canada.
