We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our C-suite and senior leadership team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your attention to detail, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs will make a real impact on daily operations. Concur/MS Teams/ZOOM/MinuteBox experience is a bonus! Location: Burlington, ON Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Contract: 3-month contract with potential for extension Compensation: $25-$28/hour (commensurate with experience) What You'll Be Doing: - Provide proactive executive-level support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing - Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders - Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items - Maintain and update corporate records, registrations, and documentation - Support front desk duties including greeting visitors and managing calls - Handle day-to-day office operations including supply orders and vendor coordination - Respond to time-sensitive requests and manage confidential information with discretion What We're Looking For: - Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a corporate environment - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - Comfortable working 100% onsite in a structured office environment Ready to bring your executive support expertise to a dynamic team?
