Required Skills:

· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot local area networks, wide area networks, and connection to the Internet.

· Install, adjust and repair various types of telecommunication cables example Cat5E/Cat6.

· Test, adjust and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper service for all network systems.

· Work with a team of technicians that preform a variation of tasks and trades.

· Excellent English skills both oral and written.

· Self-motivated, demonstrated effective decision-making skills with limited supervision

· Safe working, follow fall arrest laws and safe working around electrical services, able to evaluate a situation and work safely within it.

Qualifications:

Completion of Secondary Education

Computer repair and software troubleshooting

Previous work experience in telecommunications and BIX related terminations considered an asset

A+ Certification

CCNA Certification considered an asset

Working at Heights Safety Training Certificate

Valid Driver's license and a good driving record

Own reliable vehicle
