• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring clear communication and development opportunities.

• Serve as the key point of contact between the warehouse and head office, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

What You'll Bring:

• Post-secondary education and 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics, with a focus on efficiency.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
