Job Description:
- Meet and exceed service standards, sales targets and monitor daily operations.
- Recruit, train and ensure new team members are HR policy compliant.
- Ability to create and manage a schedule meeting labour targets and adjusting based on business needs.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure guest recovery is managed.
- Ensure food and beverage are being made to specifications.
- Development of team members ensuring expectations are clear and celebrating their wins.
- Oversight of special events, marketing initiatives and execution to standard.
- Controlling fixed and variable costs in conjunction with GM.
- Complete weekly one on one meetings with server, host and service assistant teams.

Qualifications:
- Restaurant management or supervisor experience min. 2 years.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to clearly discuss targets, goals, express wins and communicate challenges with team members in a professional manner.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Apps and communicate through email clearly.
- Knowledge of Ontario Labour Rights and regulations.
- Knowledge of AGCO standards and regulations.
- SmartServe Certification.
- Safe Food Handlers Certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Experience leading a team.
- Hospitality driven with proven results in guest satisfaction.
- On site work – must be available weekends and holidays, varied hours (opening and closing) and days of work.
