Parts Sales - Customer Service Representative

Mission:

Radius has an exciting path ahead and is currently growing at 30% year-over-year. We relocated to a larger facility with a clear mission to also add more A-players to our team and implement a scalable approach to best practices.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient.

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries regarding parts sales or service (2-3 day turnaround time)

  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating on product usage and providing advice

  • Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning

  • Shipping and receiving; including, accurately filling and shipping customer orders

  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and minimize obsolete items

  • Help maintain customer records and perform data entry tasks

  • Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians

  • Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issued parts for all work orders

  • Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock

What We Are Looking For:

A great parts customer service representative who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to parts inquiries, orders, and returns. They should possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Their main tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, providing detailed product information, accurately processing orders, addressing customer concerns or complaints, maintaining records and collaborating with internal teams. A great parts customer service representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of the organization. We want to Wow our customers!

Required Experience and Attributes:


  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Base knowledge in parts and mechanical equipment (Preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong sense of accountability

  • Driven - unsatisfied with status quo and committed to continuous improvement

  • Willing and eager for mentorship, coaching, and training.

  • Experience with MS Office, specifically excel and word

  • Excellent spoken English and written communication skills

Compensation:


  • Base Salary: $22 - $28 per hour

  • Bonus pay structure available based on performance

  • This is a fulltime and office-based position
