Were looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Operations Analyst to join our team and take ownership of our internal IT tools and applications. This is a fully remote role. In this role, youll be the go-to person for managing and optimizing core systems like ConnectWise, SharePoint, Power BI, IT Glue, and more. Youll help streamline operations by building automations, developing insightful dashboards, supporting system integrations, and improving internal workflows. This is a hands-on role where youll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure our systems are running smoothly, securely, and aligned with our goalswhile also empowering others through training and support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organizations entire IT tool stack, including ConnectWise, IT Glue, Datto, Teams Admin, and other integrated systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and performs at its best across all departments.
Take care of day-to-day SharePoint administrationhandling minor updates, managing content, resolving permission issues, and keeping an eye on user activity. Bigger SharePoint projects will be handled by the Digital Advisory Group (DAG).
Keep SharePoint running smoothly by monitoring its availability, performance, and security. Ensure it meets capacity needs and stays compliant with internal policies and any relevant regulations.
Build and manage automations using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and solve operational challenges across departments.
Lead the charge in documenting and automating processes for the SRED program, helping to ensure everything is compliant, accurate, and as efficient as possible.
Design and develop custom Power BI reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to departments like accounting and management. Regularly present key metrics to senior leadership to guide decisions and long-term strategy.
Handle API integrations between systems like ConnectWise, IT Glue, Power BI, and other business applications, enhancing operational workflows and ensuring data flows seamlessly across the company.
Develop and manage the roadmap for ConnectWise, ensuring the tools features and functions align with business goals, and continuously improving its capabilities.
Analyze and improve internal workflows to boost productivity, drive revenue, and streamline operations. Report on improvements and collaborate with departments to find automation opportunities that improve client experience and business outcomes.
Develop and run training sessions for internal teamsboth in-person and virtuallyon system setup, custom reports, and automation tools. Offer ongoing support for troubleshooting and sharing best practices for tools like ConnectWise, IT Glue, Power BI, and others in the IT stack.
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
Solid experience managing SharePoint environments, including handling permissions, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Proficient in Power BI, with a strong ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Hands-on experience using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and automate routine business processes.
Skilled in managing system integrations, particularly through APIs, to enable smooth data flow between various business applications.
A background in development (such as scripting, working with APIs, or low-code platforms) is an asset.
Familiarity with IT Glue for documentation and asset management is a plus.
Familiarity with ConnectWise tool stack for features and functions is an asset.
Experience identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiencies through process automation.
Strong understanding of monitoring IT system performance and troubleshooting issues to maintain reliability and functionality.
Knowledgeable in security and compliance best practices for managing internal IT platforms and business systems.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
Able to train and support internal teams on system configurations, reporting tools, and automation processes.
Comfortable preparing and presenting key metrics, reports, and system improvements to senior management and stakeholders.
