Job Overview
As a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, screening, and recruiting top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and manage the full-cycle hiring process in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.
- Conduct interviews in both English and French to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Present candidate shortlists with recommendations to hiring managers.
- Assist with bilingual onboarding and new hire documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Fluency in French (Quebec) and English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for specialized roles or specific industries.
- Familiarity with bilingual onboarding processes.
