We are seeking a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to join our clients team. You will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of total rewards, with a focus on compensation analysis, benefits administration, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their data, conducting thorough audits, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. This role requires a highly mathematical individual with exceptional Excel skills, a meticulous approach to projects, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay equity analysis.
  • Support the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and compliance of total rewards data.
  • Perform complex data analysis and modelling to support compensation and benefits recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate total rewards information to stakeholders.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage job evaluations and ensure roles are accurately classified.
  • Assist with the administration of variable compensation programs.
  • Support the year-end compensation cycle, including calculations and payroll processing support.
  • Draft employee communications, such as wellness letters, related to total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with exceptional Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with benefits administration, including plan design, enrollment, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and identify trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working through a full compensation cycle, including calculations and payroll support is highly desirable.
