Job Summary:
The Part-Time Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for general maintenance and repair tasks within our Coworking offices. This includes mounting shelves/artwork and TVs, patching and painting walls, light repairs, and other tasks to support the upkeep and functionality of the space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mount and install office items (whiteboards, TVs, shelves, signage, etc.)
  • Patch and paint drywall and walls as needed
  • Perform minor repairs (e.g. furniture fixes, door adjustments)
  • Assemble furniture and assist with office reconfigurations
  • Respond to ad-hoc maintenance requests from staff and members
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment during and after tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general handyman work or property maintenance
  • Strong skills in mounting, patching, and painting
  • Ability to use basic power tools and hand tools safely
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lift and move light-to-medium weight items
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Work Schedule:

  • Approximately 1015 hours per week
  • Flexible hours, with occasional availability for urgent requests
