As a Junior Financial Specialist Intern, you'll gain practical experience in financial operations, reporting, and eCommerce brand performance analysis. You'll explore data management, financial modeling, and financial system tools to support strategic decision-making processes.
This is a hands-on internship for someone who's detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the financial side of a dynamic eCommerce environment.
- How to prepare and interpret financial reports, forecasts, and budget plans
- How to analyze operational data and identify financial trends for eCommerce brands
- How to use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and financial dashboards to manage data
- How to assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- How to support variance analysis and benchmark financial performance
- How to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Students or recent grads in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Curiosity about eCommerce and financial technologies
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Bonus: Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, Shopify financial tools, or data visualization platforms like Tableau
