The Role

This role is full-time, Monday - Friday.
We are a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with optional remote days (Wednesday, Friday). You will need to be located in the Kelowna area and be able to reliably commute into the office in downtown Kelowna at the Innovation Center.
Expected start date is May 2025
Salary Range for this position ins $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Your Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Revenue Operations team, you'll play a key role as a Data Analyst, leading the charge in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing and sales data to drive strategic decision-making. You will:

  • Build, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets to track key performance metrics.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales and marketing performance based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead attribution, campaign tracking, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and reporting needs for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing and sales tech stack, ensuring seamless integration
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain new tools to enhance data tracking, automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a SaaS, sales, or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot reporting, Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.), and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience integrating and managing marketing and sales technology tools.
  • Experience calculating sales and marketing KPIs and SaaS metrics
  • Bonus points for experience in education, education tech, or local government.
  • A stellar track record of problem-solving and delivering high-quality reports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
