We specialize in prototyping to production and are looking for skilled Millwright supervisor to support our manufacturing operations.We value efficiency, quality, continuous improvement, and—most importantly—safety. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $42-$47 per hour (Full-time, Permanent) Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Comprehensive Benefits Package (after probation) Paid Vacation & Career Stability
What You'll Be Doing Preventative & Predictive Maintenance – Ensure smooth plant operation Equipment Repair & Troubleshooting – Pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Metal Stamping & Robotic Weld Maintenance – Support production lines HVAC & Facility Equipment Maintenance (Overhead cranes, compressors, etc.) Fabrication & Machining (Welding, fitting, milling, grinding) Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Optimize processes and prevent breakdowns Work with Cross-Functional Teams – Support plant-wide efficiency and safety
What You Need to Succeed 433A Industrial Millwright License (Ontario Provincial) – Required 5+ Years of Millwright Experience – Required Metal Stamping & Robotic Welding Experience – Required Fabrication & Machining Skills (Welding, fitting, milling, grinding) – Asset Strong Troubleshooting Skills – Pneumatic & hydraulic circuits Ability to Work Independently & in a Team Environment Attention to Detail, Leadership, & Continuous Improvement Mindset
Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionally
