Utilizing data and technology, we design spaces that flex and modulate to the ever-changing, often abstract needs and behaviours of its people, furnishing businesses with the tools they need to shape workspaces that work. Our journey started with soundproof office booths and we are now expanding to the next phase of our vision.

We have growing hubs in Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Dallas, Adelaide, Melbourne, and London. Youre located in or near one of these hubs.

Were looking for a Global People Leader a high-capacity, deeply intuitive, and process-driven leader who can build scalable people systems and cultivate a world-class team experience across continents. What You'll Own

1. Build a Workplace Where People Thrive and Choose to Stay

  • Design and implement strategies that foster high employee satisfaction, continuous growth, and long-term engagement.

2. Champion and Safeguard Our Core Values

3. Frees Up Functional Leaders

  • Own all core HR functions so department heads can focus on performance and strategy.
  • Provide leadership coaching and support to Functional Leads, helping them navigate people challenges effectively.

4. Creates Scalable HR Processes

  • Design and document efficient, human-centered HR systems from onboarding and performance reviews to compensation and feedback loops.
  • Build tools and playbooks that allow our global team to scale without friction.

5. HR Compliance & Benefits (Globally)

  • Ensure we meet HR compliance standards in all regions we operate.
  • Own and optimize global benefits programs, making sure theyre competitive in each region.

6. Hiring & Recruitment Management

  • Lead and manage an outsourced recruiting team that hires rockstars based on company values
  • Own hiring pipelines for global roles, especially in high-growth areas.
  • Ensures a smooth candidate experience.

7. Lead Culture through Local Office Ambassadors

  • Manage our team of Office Cultural Ambassadors who bring our values to life on the ground in each geographical office.

The Ideal Fit for this Role

  • You have 5**+ years in People & Culture**, with experience leading globally distributed teams or scaling HR in fast-growing companies.
  • You have strong EQ and operational brainpower youre equally great with people and systems.
  • Youve led or managed outsourced recruiting or HR teams and understand how to drive quality through clear direction.
  • You love crafting process that feels human, not robotic.
  • Youre energized by helping others succeed and are a trusted confidant to leaders and teams alike.
  • You care deeply about investing in people.
  • Youre mission-driven and drawn to the vision of creating better spaces for work and life.
